Recently, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs announced the list of demonstration units for the 2022 standardized demonstration project for high-quality agricultural development (standardization construction of pig slaughtering). Dongtai Qianxifu Frozen Food Co., Ltd., a pig slaughtering enterprise in our city, was successfully selected.
Founded in 2002, Dongtai Qianxifu Frozen Food Co., Ltd. is a provincial-level leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization specializing in the breeding, slaughtering, processing and marketing of suckling pigs.
The company has successively passed ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 22000 system certifications by China Quality Certification Center. It has been honored as a "National Agricultural Standardization Demonstration Zone", "National Green Food Industry Demonstration Base" and "Provincial Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization".
The "Qianxifu" brand frozen suckling pigs have obtained the Pollution-Free Agricultural Product Certification from the Ministry of Agriculture, and the "Qianxifu" trademark is recognized as a Famous Trademark of Jiangsu Province.
The standardized demonstration project for pig slaughtering was established by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in accordance with the overall requirements of institutionalized quality management, clean factory environment, standardized facilities and equipment, normalized production and operation, scientific detection and inspection, and harmless emission treatment. The project was determined through voluntary declaration by slaughtering enterprises, provincial selection, and expert review and approval at the ministerial level.

Our bureau places great emphasis on the transformation and upgrading of slaughtering enterprises, actively guiding and meticulously organizing them. We strictly follow the "six modernizations" standards to scientifically guide slaughtering enterprises in carrying out standardized demonstration creation, continuously enhancing their level of standardization and normalization. As of now, a total of 8 enterprises in the province have been approved with national-level standardization titles, including 2 in our city.
In the next stage, our city will continue to intensify efforts in standardization creation. This year, we will guide two designated pig slaughtering enterprises to actively participate in the provincial-level standardization application and creation work for slaughtering enterprises, continuously improve the standardized construction level of designated pig slaughtering in our city, and promote the transformation and upgrading of the slaughtering industry.
